cosmetic ingredients. The registered office of Symrise AG is located at
Mühlenfeldstrasse 1, 37603 Holzminden, Germany (commercial register:
Hildesheim, HRB No. 200436).
Symrise AG shares are listed on the official market of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.
The consolidated financial statements of Symrise AG (hereinafter referred to as the “Company” or “Group”) for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007, were approved for issue by management on February 27, 2008.
